If for any reason you cancel your holiday, you will receive a full refund if you wish to cancel 4 weeks or more prior to your arrival. You will receive a 50% refund for any cancellation within 4 weeks of your arrival.

The proprietor reserves the right to cancel any holiday without prior notice, if the proprietor cancels your holiday prior to arrival you will receive a full refund of any moneys already paid to the proprietor (no compensation fees will be paid). if your holiday is cancelled during your booked holiday dates due to a breach in terms and conditions, no money's will be refunded and additional charges may occur.

If you have to cancel your holiday you must contact us in writing (via email) at the earliest convenience.

Bookings cannot be accepted from stag do and hen do’s, Group bookings or parties of under 21 years old.
